Today marks Day 1 of my full-body, full-life comeback journey. I'm rebuilding not just my strength, but my habits, my discipline, and my purpose. If you're stuck, tired, or feel like you've lost control—this is for you.

🧬 MIND

Admitted my struggle with compulsive habits (especially masturbation & screen addiction)

Tracked my energy, emotions, and screen time (7h 28m today—first day of facing it honestly)

Reflected deeply instead of escaping

Practiced self-awareness and set a new intention for the next 30 days

💪 BODY

Did 11 pushups (part of my +1 daily pushup challenge)

Carried 8 cement bags (50kg each) one-by-one up 30 steps

Strength training using bricks: biceps curls, chest, shoulders, arms (DIY gym, no excuses)

Drank 8+ glasses of water to stay fully hydrated

🙏 SPIRIT

Participated in Khatm Shareef to reconnect spiritually

Focused on peace, gratitude, and intention instead of guilt

Felt a renewed sense of direction

🍽️ FOOD

Breakfast: 1 paratha + 1 cup milk

Lunch: 1 roti + 2 unsweetened lassi + lasura pickle

Dinner: 1 plate chicken, 2 rotis, 1 plate sweet rice

No junk. Real, simple, local fuel.

🔎 KEY LESSONS

I don't need fancy equipment, protein powders, or a gym to get strong

Tracking my actions gives me power

Every part of me (body, mind, spirit) has to show up

Progress is better than perfection

🏋️ NEXT:

Tomorrow's pushup goal: 12

Screen time goal: under 4 hours

Protein goal: add 1 egg or daal
